All Spanish and Portuguese orders placed before 12:00pm will be sent the same day. 

EU Zones 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 could be collected on the day of your order or the next day as DHL only collect once a day, and it's usually in the mornings.

We only offer 24-48hr Express delivery options to Spain 🇪🇸 and Portugal 🇵🇹 Mainlands (this applies to weekdays only). 

Economy services are used for Islands and Other European countries to keep costs reasonable. If your delivery is needed urgently, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to quote and arrange express delivery.

Please note that depending on your local customs you may be charged tax and duties on your order which you are responsible for - The official EU Member States will not have duties and taxes to pay, but for some Islands and EEA countries, you may be required to pay taxes and duties for imports on goods which SA2EU, unfortunately, cannot be responsible for.

Transit times are indicative, especially during these Covid-19 times. Delivery may vary depending on the address of the destination and does not include weekends or holidays in any of the countries through which the expedition transits. All Transit Times refer to shipments sent from Spain. 

All liquid products are packed in a separate plastic bag as a barrier between the rest of the order contents to help limit and reduce damage or contamination in the unlikely event that there is a leak or damage from courier handling or product packaging defect. In case of such a mishap, please (If possible) take photos of the damaged packaging and email them to us together with the order information - We will endeavour to replace the product/s as soon as possible.

While all care is taken with regards to storage and packaging, due to the excessively warm Spanish summer temps we are unable to guarantee certain confectionary products against slight deformation while in transit to our customers - Our stock is kept in a humidity and temperature-controlled storage room so it leaves our premises in a cool, safe and hygienic state. Our service is 24-48hrs hours so there should not be an issue but once it leaves our premises we are at the mercy of the courier delivery service. 

All of our deliveries are shipped from our premises in Spain with Correos Express on a 24-48 hours delivery service (unless otherwise arranged prior to ordering or specified - Economy Europe Zones above for example). You should receive your parcel within 24 - 48 hours after the parcel has been dispatched and not 48 hours from when the order is placed.

Parcels are usually delivered between 8 am - 6 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange or guarantee delivery by a specific time. A tracking number will be emailed for easy track and trace of the parcel. All parcels will need to be signed for by someone at the specified delivery address. If no one is at home, the parcel will be sent back to the Courier dispatch warehouse and re-delivery attempted. If multiple re-deliveries are attempted and continue to be un-deliverable, the parcel will be returned to SA2EU and the customer will be liable for any re-delivery charges and admin fees. Please only place an order if you (or a friend/family member) are going to be available to sign for the parcel.

Once a parcel is dispatched from our premises, you will receive email communications from us that your order has been fulfilled and dispatched  together with tracking details of your parcel. If you have any queries relating to your parcel, please contact Correos Express as they will be able to give you immediate and correct details on the status and whereabouts of your parcel.

Please note, Correos Express cannot guarantee your delivery arriving within 24-48 hours from time of dispatch during a period of lockdown. Together with Correos Express, we will go out of our way to get your parcel to you on time.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date during holidays and busy times of the year (This includes national and regional holiday weekends). Please order early and well in advance if you have a special occasion or time frame to receive the goods by - We will ALWAYS be on hand to accommodate and help out where we can so if you have any special requests or requirements please get in touch and we will try and oblige if at all possible! Please also be aware that we experience a high volume of orders daily and special arrangements are not always possible.
