Welcome to our Delivery Information page! We are committed to ensuring your favourite South African grocery items reach you fresh, securely packed, and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process across Europe.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to most countries within Europe. Please note that delivery to remote areas, military bases, or certain islands may have restrictions or longer delivery times. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping (only available within Spain): Faster delivery within 1–2 business days for select destinations.

  • International Economy: All countries excluding Spain & Portugal. Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • Local Pickup (if available): Pick up your order from our designated location at your convenience. Pickup details will be provided at checkout.

Please note that while we make every effort to meet the stated delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee 100% adherence to them. Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing times.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected delivery method. See the table below for our shipping rates.

  • Additional charges may apply for bulky or perishable items, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.

4. Packaging Information
We take great care in packing your orders securely. Glass items are shipped using protective packaging to prevent breakages. We also strive to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12 PM (CET) are often processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress online.

7. Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery
If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with re-delivery options or instructions to collect from a local depot. The courier will in most cases attempt delivery the next most suitable day. If the delivery attempt has failed 3 times, your order will be returned to us and you will still be liable for delivery costs and any further re-delivery requests.

8. Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU (Switzerland, Norway & Ireland) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information. Customs authorities may request information such as identification documents or tax details.

9. Delivery Issues & Claims
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.

10. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays or peak seasons, delivery times may be longer due to increased shipping volumes. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.
