Freddy Hirsch Chilli Bite Biltong Spice is a popular biltong spice that gives a hot barbeque flavour with top notes of cayenne pepper. Coarse chilli and parsley are incorporated in the product for visual quality.
Instructions: use 30-50 g spice per kg of meat.
Mix or tumble the spice, meat and any additional ingredients together. Leave overnight to marinate. Mix or tumble again. Hang and dry to 40-50% moisture loss.
